Naari Shakti Forum is an initiative of Goadh Foundation, which has worked in child welfare, girl-child protection, rehabilitation and family strengthening. The Foundation's work with children and the Forum's work with their mothers are two halves of the same idea.

Earn while your children are at school. A protected women-only delivery shift, with an electric two-wheeler sponsored once you're trained, a Suraksha safety ring, and rest and washroom access written into our agreement with the platform.

Large companies hire thousands every year for roles you can do — facilities, business support, customer support, healthcare and hospitality, manufacturing and quality. Every opening is free to apply for; direct openings are tracked to an outcome, referral leads are labelled honestly as leads, never as confirmed offers.

Appointments booked at partner hospitals for a time that fits your shift, someone to go with you if you want, health guidance on a symptom or a report, and cover you already qualify for — Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY, your state scheme, ESI. Free health camps at every Hope Haven centre.
This is not a medical service and gives no diagnosis. In an emergency, call 108 or 112 immediately.
4 · Education Consultancy
For you — open schooling (NIOS) to finish Class 10 or 12, open-university degrees around a job, diplomas and entrance help. For your children — admissions including RTE seats, transfers, hostel options. Scholarships found and filed for you.
Free. We take no commission from any institution.
5 · Rehabilitation & Counselling
A counsellor, free and confidential, by phone, video or in person — a woman, always, unless you ask otherwise. Partner rehabilitation centres for de-addiction and longer-term care. Weekly support groups at every centre.
Any mention of danger or self-harm routes straight to the safety desk with the helpline shown immediately — never a form first.
6 · Anti-Trafficking, Police Cell & POSH
Report a missing woman or a suspected trafficking situation — anonymously if you choose — acknowledged within 15 minutes, any hour. A trained Forum officer accompanies you to the station. Workplace harassment complaints guided through the Internal or Local Committee within the statutory 90 days.
The Forum accompanies, documents, escalates and follows up. It is not the police. In danger, call 112 first.
7 · Second Innings
Stream 1 — Career restart: skills assessment, refresher training, interview practice.
Stream 2 — Personal growth: financial literacy, digital skills, spoken English, leadership.
Stream 3 — Companionship & remarriage: opt-in only, never suggested to you, gated behind a livelihood pathway, a rights orientation and a counsellor conversation — every prospective match verified before he can see any profile, and you control what's visible, one release at a time.
8 · Vakilsaheeba — Free Legal Aid
A woman advocate, free, for maintenance, custody, divorce, property and succession, protection orders, unpaid wages, or a notice you've received. Reached through the Forum's legal desk — book a 15-minute consultation to start.

An ordinary-looking ring that does one thing: press it, and our 24-hour desk knows and acts. Location is read only at the moment of an alert and for the response — never continuously, never visible to family or employer. False alarms are never penalised.

Is this a Naari Shakti bank account?
No. Naari Shakti Forum is not a bank. Your card is issued by YES BANK, regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and your money is held by them.
Does it cost anything?
To be confirmed with YES BANK — the target is no issuance fee and no annual fee on the Sakhi and Seva cards.
Do I need a good credit score?
Not for Sakhi, Seva or Udyam. Only the Shakti Credit Card requires a credit assessment, and that decision is the bank's.
Does Naari Shakti see what I buy?
No. We cannot see your transactions — only the bank holds that. We see only whether a reward we sent you was credited.
Do I have to take the card to get help?
No. Never. Every service is available to you whether or not you have this card.
Someone called asking for my OTP — what do I do?
That was a fraud attempt. Neither the bank nor Naari Shakti will ever ask for your PIN or OTP. Don't share it, and tell us what happened.

Volunteering with Naari Shakti is unpaid. The benefits described here are recognition for service given, not wages, and no volunteer is an employee of the Forum.

Naari Shakti Forum works with single mothers, widows and women left to raise children alone — not because they are helpless, but because the systems built to help them are scattered across a dozen offices that don't talk to each other.
We put all of it in one place. One registration, one identity, one record of her, held by her. Entitlements, work, training, legal help, childcare and safety — from one organisation that stays.
We are an initiative of Goadh Foundation, and we operate in Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR, with centres planned across more states.

Protecting childhood. Preserving dignity. Goadh Foundation works in child welfare and girl-child protection, rehabilitation and care, educational assistance, family strengthening and community support. A child is safest when her mother is earning, housed and not alone.
Governance

Advisers are honorary and hold no executive authority; no advocate's direct contact details are published — all approaches route through the Forum's legal desk.
